The Predictive Index acquires PI Certified Partner Predictive Synergistic Systems

WESTWOOD, MA, July 3, 2018 – The Predictive Index, LLC, which conducts business as The Predictive Index (PI), provider of an award-winning workforce assessment platform, announced that it has acquired the core assets of Predictive Synergistic Systems (PSS), a management consulting firm and value-added PI reseller headquartered in Cranberry Township, PA, a suburb of Pittsburgh.

As a PI Certified Partner since 2008, PSS has offered human capital management consulting, training, and other professional services, including PI workforce assessment software and management workshops, to over 320 clients.

PSS was founded by Dan Courser. Over the last 10 years, PSS has been the fastest growing PI Certified Partner company. Courser, a former PI client who ran a large grocery chain in Southeastern Michigan, focused on a pragmatic approach to managing people and brought PI methods to clients worldwide. PSS has helped hundreds of clients find success through people analytics and progressive leadership techniques. “I greatly appreciate the privilege of working with clients for so many years. I am proud of the team of consultants we’ve built and I have full confidence in their ability to continue servicing our clients,” said Courser.

Courser will support PI by participating in their new PI Certified Partner mentorship program and will continue to run one of the largest PI Master Training Centers.

Three key employees of PSS are branching out to start their own PI Certified Partner companies. Robert Courser will operate under the name Synergistic Systems, Eric Guy will provide PI services under Center for Victory, and Beth Friel is founding Day 91 Consulting. Collectively, these three new PI Certified Partner companies will assume management of roughly 95% of the PSS client base. “The strength of Dan’s team is astounding,” said Mike Zani, CEO of The Predictive Index. “I have no doubt they will be exceptional entrepreneurs of PI Certified Partner companies in their own right. Their capabilities are a testament to Dan’s ability to build world-class employees and PI practitioners.”

PI has experienced rapid growth in recent years and this marks the fifth PI Certified Partner acquisition since 2017.
