The Predictive Index Receives 2016 Award for Best New Workplace: Small Renovation from CoreNet New England

New office incorporates collaborative workspace, glass walled meeting rooms, and enjoyable features to promote creativity

Westwood, MA – August 23, 2016 – The Predictive Index today announced it has received the 2016 Award for “Best New Workplace: Small Renovation” from CoreNet New England. The newly renovated office headquarters is located at 101 Station Drive in Westwood, directly behind University Station. The open concept office space occupies more than 21,000 square feet, nearly double the size of its previous location in Wellesley Hills.

“We put a lot of thought and energy into the design of this new space and are delighted to have been named a winner by CoreNet this year,” said Mike Zani, CEO of The Predictive Index. “The new office design represents our work style and culture. The open workspaces promote both workday enjoyment for our employees and high productivity as a result.”

The Predictive Index engaged designer Lannhi Tran, Founder and Chief Designer of Little Dragon Decor to re-imagine their new office space to foster innovation, collaboration, and create a tangible experience that delivers on the company’s core values and recent re-brand. The end result includes open-area and collaborative workspaces, massive expanses of whiteboard and glass brainstorming walls, as well as multiple gathering areas.

“It was such a great experience to get to bring to life the company’s core beliefs in transparency and an energized workforce,” said Tran. “It’s been so rewarding to hear firsthand from employees the impact that the space layout and usability has had on interpersonal and cross-team dynamics, as well as company culture.”
