PI’s new groundbreaking software takes home bronze at the Stevie Awards
New York, NY – September 30, 2016 – The Predictive Index (PI), a company that empowers businesses to realize what drives workplace behaviors, took home the bronze Stevie Award for Talent Acquisition & Retention Solution Provider of the Year at the 2016 Stevie Awards for Great Employers gala, held at the Marriott Marquis in New York City on Sept. 30.
The Talent Acquisition & Retention Solution Provider of the Year recognizes the achievements of providers to the industry of solutions for applicant assessment or tracking; background investigations; executive search; recruitment; recruitment advertising; or temporary staffing, among others.
Accepting the award on PI’s behalf was PI’s Vice President of Product Management Matt Poepsel. Matt and the rest of the PI organization were recognized for PI’s new Assessment Software, which was completely re-launched in August, 2015.
With this groundbreaking software, PI clients can now define behavioral and cognitive job requirements, predict candidates’ and employees’ behaviors and learning abilities, and instantly see how candidates match up in their organization. This new software is critical to the adoption of PI’s methodology, which helps business leaders better understand their people, get everyone in alignment, and move confidently toward their business objectives.
