Across her career, Karen has been directly responsible for hiring, leading and coaching over 10,000 individuals. Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree from UC Berkeley in Economic & Finance, a MBA from Pepperdine University and a PhD (abd) in Leadership Theories from Capella.

Accomplishments include helping seventeen companies earn spots on the INC. 5000 list. He passionately connects sales leaders to more revenue by focusing on process and people. Shaun earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Business from University of Washington.
Rana Salman
Managing Partner & Sales Strategist
Rana is experienced in marketing and sales and has been a successful sales consultant. She specializes in designing sales strategies, developing and humanizing the sales process, creating practical tools and training required to acquire/qualify/close deals. Rana partners with sales leaders to optimize their cognitive and behavioral performance. She earned a BS Public Relations from McPherson College, an MBA and a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University.

Shaun is an Operations Executive with 20+ years of progressive and diversified experience. He is action-oriented in streamlining all of the processes in the company and focused on client retention and Client Experience.

I use the PI behavioral and cognitive data every day in the company I personally lead, to help team members work more in their preference and to optimize our project teams.
