Cheryl Jacobs is SVP, Executive Coach, Leadership Developer & Facilitator at MCG Partners. We are a firm specializing in leadership and talent optimization, aligning your business and people strategy for maximum results.

Cheryl is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of driving growth, engagement, innovation, and cultural change for 25+ years. She has extensive experience in designing and implementing programs around executive coaching, leadership development and training, high potential and succession planning, talent assessment and analytics, organizational alignment, and driving team performance.

Cheryl’s approach balances collaboration, innovation, and execution. Her ability to pivot between these competing needs while staying aligned with a client’s needs has earned her a trusted advisor status at all organizational levels. Cheryl’s experience spans Fortune 500, private, and not-for-profit organizations. She has worked with the C-Suite and senior leaders.

Previously, Cheryl leveraged her passion for developing people and founded Talent Transformation, a coaching, training, and talent management consulting firm. She had been the Executive Director of Sales for The Providence Journal Company, a multimedia organization owned by Belo Corporation where she oversaw sales and marketing and drove strategies, revenue, and multimedia product development. Prior to the Providence Journal, Cheryl spent 10 years in Sales and Strategic Planning at Boston.com and The Boston Globe.

Cheryl holds a BA from Boston College and a MBA from Suffolk University. In addition, Cheryl is a certified Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment™ (PI) and DiSC®. She is also certified in Hogan and Hay, and 360 assessments. She is also a faculty member of the Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA), a SHRM chapter. Cheryl lives outside of Boston, MA with her husband, three boys, and dog.

Erinne is the Vice President of Client Services for MCG Partners, a consultancy specializing in leadership and talent optimization. Erinne provides advisory and consulting services, delivers customized training programs and assists our PI® clients with talent management, selection, onboarding, team building, management effectiveness and performance management needs. Erinne brings over 20 years of human resource expertise including professional development, coaching, talent acquisition, on-boarding, training, and performance management.

Previously Erinne worked as a Senior Recruiter for Analysis Group, Inc., an economic, financial and business strategy consulting firm. In this role Erinne managed the candidate selection process for 10 offices in the U.S. and Canada. Prior, Erinne was a Human Resource Associate and Senior Recruiter for The Baupost Group, LLC, an employee owned hedge fund sponsor. In this role Erinne provided career development and performance coaching, recruiting, new hire assimilation and assisted with the annual performance review process. Erinne started her career in human resources at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a multinational professional services network offering auditing, accounting and assurance services. During the first five years with PwC, Erinne focused on talent acquisition. Following her work in recruiting, Erinne took on a role in human resources where she focused on employee relations, performance management and professional development coaching.

Erinne holds a BA from Hobart and William Smith Colleges where she majored in psychology and is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®). She has worked with and coordinated corporate volunteer programs with not-for-profit organizations such as Cradles to Crayons, Room to Grow, Rosie’s Kitchen, The Greater Boston Food Bank and more. Erinne is also a proud supporter of the American Diabetes Association and Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

Stephanie Holmgren

Stephanie is the Director of Client Services for MCG Partners, a consultancy specializing in leadership and talent optimization.

Stephanie is an energized and highly organized self-starter, always looking out for her client’s best interests. Stephanie’s 15 + years of experience in customer service has provided her with the authenticity and understanding to engage with Human Resources and Executive Management to solve any problem.

As an Assistant Manager at BankNewport, Stephanie provided exceptional sales training to her staff and demonstrated what was considered first in class customer service. She believes her one-on-one coaching drove her team’s performance and allowed her to share her love of uncovering and addressing her client’s needs.

Throughout Stephanie’s professional career at companies such as AIG, State Street, and HarborOne Bank, she has relished the opportunity to support internal teams to “give amazing customer service”. Stephanie brings these same qualities to our clients.

Stephanie holds a BA from Houghton College where she majored in Communications. She is a certified analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®).

When she and her husband Rich aren’t traveling with their son, Stephanie enjoys spending her weekends on Cape Cod with her family and visiting her sister, niece, and nephew in New Hampshire. Stephanie is a strong supporter of the March of Dimes organization & Ronald McDonald charities.

For over 35 years, Chuck has advised, coached, and consulted executives and organizations across industries, from startups to Fortune 500 and not-for-profit organizations. As a recognized expert in leadership effectiveness, Chuck specializes in coaching and advising senior executives and leadership teams through times of rapid- growth, M&A, and change.

Chuck is the Co-Founder of LEAD, a CEO Community in Greater Boston of over 400 CEO’s that meet to discuss the most important topics, including the sharing and discussion of best practices.

As an executive coach and strategic advisor, Chuck develops leaders to reach their next level and optimizes their abilities, learning, and success. Chuck aligns an organization’s leadership and culture to its business strategy. He helps create a leadership culture reflective of the organization’s purpose, vision, and values.

Our PI session gave our executive team a greater respect of each other, and helped us recognize our work styles and ways of operating. It was the best team building exercise we’ve experienced in 21 years.
