Robert consults in projects for executive search, talent management and leadership development across a broad set of industries. Robert graduated in Management (Cum Laude) from Sacred Heart University, in addition to executive programs like M&A at Harvard Business School and Pepperdine University. He sits on various boards, including the EIA Social Enterprise Venture Fund, Career Partners International, and the Orlando Economic Partnership. Robert is fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

Jill Seeley

Vice President of Talent Management Services

Jill is the talent management services practice leader at Newland Associates. For more than 16 years Jill has provided human capital consulting to organizations helping them optimize their talent to produce winning teams and achieve results. Jill’s expertise in talent management spans recruiting, staffing, executive placement, learning and development, coaching and career transition. Jill received her BA in Communication from Northwest Missouri State University and is also a Predictive Index Certified Practitioner.

Pam Fillmon

Senior Consultant

Pam consults and coaches to facilitate and design talent strategies and resulting programs for significant business impact. She is heavily invested in defining and fostering engagement for organizations and individuals through areas of: leader and talent development, career enhancement, change management and team effectiveness. Pam has coached for executive performance, talent development, knowledge continuity, onboarding and career transition. Pam holds a BA in Education and MA in Counseling.

Juan Pujol

Senior Consultant

With 30 years of executive local and international experience, Juan has impacted organizations by developing leaders in goal-oriented behavior. Juan has served as an executive and director in the health care industry experienced in operations and human capital. He is also experienced in various other industries including financial, manufacturing, marine transport, academia and all business sectors. Juan hold MBA from Florida International University where he is also an Adjunct Professor.
