As a coach, consultant, and business owner, I understand the business landscape and what it takes to lead people through growth. My career began in financial services, and I advanced quickly, yet I felt I needed to do more after ten years. Since then, in my decade of consulting, I've worked with over 200 companies and their leaders to help create efficiency and growth at all organizational levels.
In 2016 I discovered the power of the Predictive Index and the Talent Optimization framework and have since integrated this into supporting small and mid-sized companies to create clear people strategies and revolutionize how they do business.
